one of my favorite things about the Mario and Luigi games is how the bros do things in ways thay would be so much more efficient to do one at a time because their bond of brotherly friendship, or I guess Brothership is a perfect way of putting it, is so strong that they absolutely refuse to split up when they're a way to do something together.

@@firementia Nice!! Not even I have played the remakes! 😅 My first game in the series was Partners in Time and I got it and Mario Kart DS together when I got my DS. A few years later I found out that there was an earlier game in the series (I didn't know about the internet at that age yet) because I stumbled on my older cousin's copy of SS. She didn't want it and I still have it to this day!

Dang, and I replayed Dream Team on Hard Mode not too long ago (Like, 2 months ago) because I had a weird feeling of "I think they're cooking something..." And also because Dream Team is a childhood favorite of mine. And I noticed they're taking some pages from it too! Look at the some of the battle animations for the Bros, they are eerily similar to their animations from Dream Team. Or the big purple spiny enemy, that comes from the same game!

This is notable since it’s the first Mario and Luigi game on a single-screen console since the very first game on the Game Boy Advance. All the others had two-screen gameplay. We are so back, baby! I hadn’t completely lost hope for the series. I knew from when I found out Nintendo bought the licensing back from Alphadream (RIP to them), something’s being planned, but I didn’t expect this! It’s a whole new RPG that, from the looks of it, still captures the feel and play style we all know and love from the classic games…great job, Nintendo!
