@ No she didn’t. Starlow came as a representative of the star spirits to try to help out with the blorbs, but she came just to tell everyone that she couldn’t help. She also knew nothing about the dark star despite her ancestors using all of their power to seal it away. They could have easily brought back Stuffwell and nothing would have changed since Starlow had no personal connection that was made clear in outcome of the game.

I like Starlow, and from what I've seen, Starlow literally hasn't done anything wrong towards Luigi. Really looks like she sees Mario and Luigi as equals here, while still having her playful nature with Luigi, something most friends do. And from what I see, Luigi's happy to have Starlow around.
