As far as Nintendo deleting glitch levels go, I feel they should be allowed to do so, but the maker shouldn't be punished for it (As in, only the glitch level is deleted, with nothing else attached to that instance)

I think they could just put a tag on them that makes them "unlisted" anywhere in the game itself, people could only reach the level by typing in the code. That effectively deletes it from the general community but allows it to still exist and be shared by people that might still want to play it.

The thing about Hyrulean's glitch level, is that it had a high clear rate, and tons of stars, because he did it in such a way as it was simple for the player to figure out what to do. So, it wasn't even like it was an obscure unbeatable level that nobody would enjoy. It was a very cool level.

That's not really the problem from Nintendo's perspective though. Like, if they think glitches are a problem in general, it should be fine for them to delete levels they consider to include glitches. But because the player should never have to be the one to guess what is and what isn't a glitch, they shouldn't be directly punished for that, if you get what I'm trying to say.

Alternate solution - grab the spring, grab the POW, get the koopa down. Use the POW to get the munchers out the way. Jump off the platform to get to the left with the koopaling in the shell. Get up to the P switch level and drop the shell. This effectively delays the P switch timer. Then drop back down and spring jump back up to the area with the bomb. As soon as the koopa activates the P switch, activate and grab the bomb and run through the one way gate and past the coin that was the block, dropping down as fast as possible. Jump past the cloud and drop the bomb down the gap, blowing up the block, then drop down before the P deactivates and 'win'.

I see one little other time saver in Over the Edge Puzzle. After you get the Spiny the last time and go through the door, you jump up to the top platform beside the P-Switch. In the WR, you throw the Spiny up to allow it to wake up; throwing it upward refreshes its "knocked out" time; if you instead set it down, you could save a precious 1.5 seconds or so.
