To reasure some people, Xrays are really not dangerous, for example you would need to do like 200 full body scans in one go to start to see long term effects. It's even safe for pregnant women but doctors still limit them because of the principle of precaution if we discover in the future that there are some side effects (highly unlikely). The only procedure using rays that has been proven to increase cancer risk is the kind that we use to kill already existing cancers, so no worries folks we know what we are doing out here !
