Here's the lore of Yoshi here. After Mario in Wario's body failed to regain his body, he lost his soul to Boo. Meanwhile, Yoshi remembered he lent Mario his document forgery software. He tears Mario's house apart, but finds Luigi hiding the basement. Luigi tells Yoshi Bowser came after Mario's funeral, looking for a video Mario had of him and Peach and took all their CDs and USB drives. So now Yoshi is confronting Bowser to retrieve his forgery software before the tax deadline.

The absurd amount of Battle Minigames in this board makes me think they got the minigames clogged back at Neon Heights and by the point of Windmill Ville, they were unclogging the jam. So now it's like full force unjammed battles.

03:12:15 Four reasons why the Playstation 2 outsold more consoles than any other console at that time was: 1. The console was so powerful the military and governments bought them for political and nuclear weapon control. Even Suddan Hussain, a dictator in Iran, bought nearly 50,000+ consoles to be used for nuclear warfare. If your console is that popular even the governments use them for political control and wartime, than your company and console is iconic to the bone. Switch's hardware can't even compete with the military's 16k+ hardware they currently have now with PETABYTES of storage, not even terabytes, PETABYTES, which is 3x the amount of GB, 2x the amount of Terabytes, and 4x the amount of Megabytes. 2. The playstation 2 console was sold in Europe as a COMPUTER that had the Linux kit come with the PS2 to use your Playstation 2 console as a Personal Computer. You could literally install a Computer Operating System within the PS2's hardware architacture. There has been NO CONSOLE that EVER allows you to install say Windows Or Linux on ANY OTHER CONSOLE besides the pS2. Because apparently PS2s can't be sold in Europe as video game consoles due to high taxes and the sales would be poor as fudge. So Sony had to release it there as a personal computer RATHER than a video game console like it was in Japan, US and Canada. 3. Not only did Playstation 2 can play video games AND DVDs, it was also backwards compatible with the Playstation 1's video game library (nearly 1, 145 to be exact), plus 4,500 video games the PS2 had, and not only it could play music, but ALSO, people found out that you can take the files OFF of a PS2 disc, put it into yoru CD-ROM drive on your desktop, copy the files onto your burned DVD-R disc, then put your new burned disc in your PS2, and it would play EXACTLY like the actual official PS2 disc WITHOUT DRM OR ANY INTERNET CONNECTION WHATSOEVER...And not to mention that you can even record movies off of the PS2 in it's perfect 4:3 aspect ratio without hiccups in 480p Interlace or Progressive Scan Playback. Keep in mind, DVDs when they first came out were the brand new toy that everyone wanted to get, but could not afford. Especially if you were a movie fan because not only the movie and settings would be included on the DVD, but also on the same disc is where Bonus features and behind the scenes/deleted scenes/alternative settings would be included within a 4.2gb DVD disc compared to a Minidisc by Panasonic that only could hold 2.0Gbs and had to do heavy compression in order to fit what would be considered a 10+ hour video game on separate discs (on the Gamecube) compared to say a PS2 with one disc. The reason why early PS2 games had a lot of flicker was due to the Dev Kits the video game developers/companies had when they got them back in 1998/1999 before the PS2 console launched in Japan first in March of 2000 before America did in November. And plus, considering PS2 came out a year before the gamecube and Xbox 1 (Original Xbox) did allowed it to garner much more sales compared to the other 2 consoles AND the Sega Dreamcast (Sega Dreamcast was Sega's Final Hurrah in the console market to compete with the PS2. And while they did succeed first in 1999 and 1998 respectively, they could NOT compete with the behemoth that was the PS2. If Sega Dreamcast had a DVD player much like Sony's PS2 did, then the Dreamcast would have a longer shelf life compared to what actually happened). So for Video Game Companies, the earlier you get your brand new console in the market, the more sales you can get from consumers buying your brand new console in the first place. 4. And most importantly. when it comes to DVDs, the controller is Literally your DVD remote built into the controller. And most of all, and this is something other consoles did not do at that time, the Power cord and AV cables were the EXACT SAME INPUTS AND OUTPUTS as the previous PS1 console and the PS3 console did. The power cord the Playstation consoles have used is a Universal 2 prong power cord that you can literally buy from ANY electronics store, or even onlien shopping of all places, plug the official sony cable or even a third party one, and it would still power the PS2 just like the official power cord would into a PS2. And plus, the cables were backwards compatible with the previous console, meaning you didn't have to worry about having to buy brand new power cords and AV cords EVERY TIME you bought a new console. Nintendo would constantly have different power cords over the years but the only cord you wouldn't have to replace is the AV cord for the NES, SNES, N64, and Gamecube. BUT, when it came to the Nintendo Wii's AV input, you couldn't say use your previous AV and Power cables into the brand new Nintendo Wii console you bought back in 2006, so you had to make sure your power cord, AV cable, and Sensor bar cable were in top notch shape, or you would be forced to buy replacements if damaged. Same with the gamecube, you had to buy this bulky weird two prong input that was not universal and exclusively made by Nintendo and Panasonic themselves, meaning you had to buy the cable from those companies themselves, or buy a second hand/third party cable to replace it, hoping it would have enough voltage to power up the console. The N64 had this wide thick ass Power cord that would plug into the thick power input of the console, but the end of it was a two prong male plug into the surge protector or an outlet. Hopefully you didn't loose that cable as well (because we sure did and threw out the Pikachu N64 console, which I'm still trying to buy back to this very day, just hoping to get a Region Free N64 Pikachu console under $200.00) and the AV cable, because those things would have to be bought by Nintendo or a third party company (which if you didn't take care of the Nintendo consoles, you were pretty much screwed and possibly not be able to play those games on those hardware). Thankfully the gamecube unlike the NES (Famicom), SNES (Super Famicom), and Nintendo 64 was easy to put in discs, but much like the Xbox 1 (Original Xbox) and PS2, you were prone to scratches, dirt, adn even deep cuts into the disc, that once embedded into the minidisc, there was ABSOLUTELY no way to play those games again and you were FORCED to buy a new gamecube copy every time you broke one of those discs (Can't tell you how many Super Smash Bros. Melee discs we went through just to hopefully get one copy that was brand new, sealed, and played better compared to the previous game. And even weary of lending it to someone else, only to be given back the disc itself with no case). So while yes, gamecube games were cheaper at $29.99 (Sales tax included in NJ costing nearly $30.00+ dollars), you can imagine why PS2 games were $50.00/$60.00 compared to the Gamecube's $30.00, despite that the PS2 had multiple functions and features built into the product. Of course Original Xbox had the ethernet female plug built into the console, whereas the PS2 forced you to buy a broadband adapter into the Fat PS2/s External Hard Disk Drive to play online, Gamecube had NO ONLINE FUNCTIONALITY and that's why killed Gamecube from succeeding was no online play when Xbox live and PS2 had those capabilities, either from an accessory or built into the console. Gamecube had Lan connetions, Original Xbox has Lan AND online connections, PS2 had the Multitap and Online (with the accessory of course), but having the Playstaion 2 have the same exact cables as the PS1 and PS3, saved people nearly $500.00 worth of replacement cables they had to buy had they gone with Xbox 1 (Original Xbox) AND the gamecube. Plus, it's purple and was straight up made for children. Xbox unfortunately was a newcomer and only succeed in America but nowhere else, but PS2 already had a dominate market the year prior, making it one of the hottest items at that time. And even to this very day you'll see people play PS2 games ranging from the Need For Speed series, Madden NFL Football, Grand Theft Auto, Multiport games, God of War, Tekken, Ratchet & Clank, Jak & Daxter, And many other mascot characters (for kids) AND mature games ALL onto one console (which I do hope Sony revitalizes in the PS5 someday, but only time will tell.) TL:DR Sony had an advantage with thier PS2 console by using the same universal power cords and cables that you can easily buy from a electronic/hardware shop at cheaper prices compared to the power cords the gamecube and Xbox 1 (original xbox) provided. And the PS2 controller staying the same as the Dualshock 1 from the PS1, goes to show how far Sony has used the same controller layout for nearly 30 years. Nintendo and Xbox would only dream of using the same controller scheme for every console they came out with (But unfortunately not). Hence why the Dualshock/Dualsense controller is my favorite video game controller of ALL time. Heck, I even use the Dualshock controller to use on Nintendo consoles Except the Nintendo Wii.

What a fun stream, I kinda want to look at the probability of just how crazy it was with the 4 player battle/mic mini games... Edit: Finally got around to doing this, check replied comment!

Well, this took a while, and sorry for the delay lads! Overall, there were 33 four-player minigames played (10 2v2 and 7 1v3, for those curious). Out of those, 6 were battle (in one case, 2 back to back) and 11 were mic minigames (there were *TWO* instances of 3 in a row mic minigames). As noted in identifying luck by @zoomzike, if we assume a 20% chance for mic and battle minigames, then there was a 1/5 chance for a 4-player minigame to turn into either. So... with 33 minigames, and 17 being mic or battles, that leaves us with a... 0.75% percent chance of that occurring...

ah yes the blue/black, white/gold dress - I actually kinda can see both from the things that I have heard in my lectures it is supposedly so undecided because you are missing information about the surrounding and lighting of it as such your brain only has the relation between the two colors on the dress and nothing outside to compare it to, as such some people see the lighter color as blue which makes the darker one black, while others see the white/gold combination.

00:01:45 Alright, NOW, I'm finally caught up to where you last streamed....Thank goodness the family emergency thing happened on August 26th. If that didn't happen, man I would only know what happened in the mini-game one and that's it. The thing with the Mario Party series is this: What if we combined "The Butterfly Effect" with that of Probability? That's Mario Party and any other game that has "Party" in the title in a nutshell. I could careless about the fractions and percentages because the game is automatically going to change it based on how many times the developer played the same board 50+ times to get it down pat to a certain degree that it'll be easy for specific players whom play these games from the N64 up into the first Wii game Mario Party 8. Hence why I refuse to watch ZoomZike's Identifying Luck videos because I already know where my limits are at when it comes to hard/brutal computer players. I've tried and just can't do it, and even with the strats, it'll be too much and make me agitated rather than improve. Anyway, the game board you choose with the settings and characters you have chosen will Automatically Be Determined BEFORE You Play The Game In The First Place. Keep that in mind whenever you play Mario Party 1 - 8....That's just how I see Mario Party. Personally I'm better at racing games compared to party games by a LOOOOOOONG shot. 00:35:42 Andrew???.......Wait, ZoomZike's first name is Andrew?????......Wooooow, First Japancommercials4U2, and now ZoomZike....I'm surprised people in JC4U2 and ZoomZike would know their first names of those people. it took me a decade and a half to know JC4U2's name but it took me a week to now know what ZoomZike's first name is. So there's that to contend with. 03:53:10 Ohhh dude THIS ONE is definitely worth a clip because of Zoomzike getting jumpscared after saying "Bigger" into the microphone.

the dress is illumination association based, based on how you're used to seeing the world. People who say it as white and gold tended to be more used to low light environments, whereas people who saw it as blue and black tended to be more used to high light environments.

The DS sales numvers are artifiically inflated due to the fact theres multiple versions leading to people buying multiple DSs. The DS lite sold the moost at 94m. The rest are the other versions of the DS. That a lot of people would buy simply cause its an uodated version. Also being a portable console its more likely to be broken at some ppint and someone buy a replacement.
