First I saw Bowser run in Mario Power Tennis...and now this. He's running faster than Sonic! (Why?) They set CPU difficulties randomly for each character, making it a lot like Double Dash, where AI smartness is randomly determined. It should be like F-Zero GX where different CPUs are good at different tracks.
