for 2nd wonder seed, do not activate main wonder seed in the level, keep running till you see the end level flag and you'll get the seed

Okay I just tried it, confirmed that’s all you have to do!

you have to play the same level twice like in the video and the 2nd flower comes from the flag pole. so one flower hidden in the level and one from the 1st flag pole and another one from the second flag pole.
