Hooray for Jap Chae ~ my favorite! Sweet potato starch noodles are non-negotiable for me, though. Bibimbap ~ my favorite! Time to break out the stone bowls. And it’s getting quite chilly here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Perfect for some Korean soup. Thanks, Marion for this triple threat video!!!

So much better than the old conservatives vs. young liberals. It's so soothing to hear older folks express positions from a place of compassion and understanding, choosing to nurture the growth of the next generation instead of suppressing it. on the other hand it's baffling to hear from the younger people ideas and opinions they were spoonfed from their religious institutions or hearing something that wouldn't be out of place on an incel chatroom.

Shirataki noodles are the potato starch ones I believe you want.

Shirataki noodles are different, in Korea they use a type of noodle called dangmyeon. You can use shirataki noodles instead though.
