Ironically I made a duck version of your one pot chicken and mushroom rice recipe recently. I spatchcocked a duck on the bbq and glazed with hoisin and used your bao bun mix for the first meal. Saved the Marylands, used the carcass for stock and added some leftover baby king oyster and shitake mushrooms i had dehydrated and oh man sooooo delicious. Thanks for the amazing inspiration.

Had a whole pack of chicken thighs that I didn’t know what to do with .. then stumbled upon this video. I made the Thai turmeric chicken rice. Sooo good! It was a hit.. my 5 and 2 yr old had a very comforting dinner while they are sick 😊Husband came home hungry and finished a large bowl 😊 Thanks for this!

Hi Marion. Absolutely love your channel. I have a question. I always rinse my rice but sometimes you want to toast it or as I saw in your video you mixed it in dry. Do you still rinse it before hand?? Thanks!

Yes it can. I always batch make my paste, divide it up into servings and put it in the freezer.

Genuine question, why is it other countries use so much sugar and other stuff that isn't considered healthy, but they remain a healthy weight? Meanwhile, here in America, I eat air and I gain weight. 😫
