I love the synchronicity of the pigeons turning up in your garden just when you needed inspiration. And the way you used those different coloured shiny threads to capture the iridescence of their neck feathers is just lovely. I have a soft spot for pigeons as my grandad used to keep them

I was away today with my son hiking in an old growth forest. It was full of the most giant gorgeous tree's. Hanging mosses were thick on the tree's and lichen too. I kept thinking, Marion would so love this. The weather was just right and there were mushrooms everywhere. The squirrels kept chittering at us from the tree's and it was all just magical. What should be waiting for me when we arrived home, but this video with your bonnie bird quilt. It was the perfect ending for a perfect day! Thank you Marion for all your creative delights. I love you to see your live video I’m in the throes of a nasty bout of Covid and finding it very hard to concentrate so lovely to be able to watch it twice. I found it helped with the feeling of isolation.
