It’s true that both triangles are right triangles but the hypotenuses are not congruent so we would not be able to prove the triangles are congruent by HL. Hope that helps you.

I am looking for a good explanation why two triangles with SSS are consider congruent. Unfortunately, I couldn't find how you prove SSS, it seems you just assume SSS is congruent, or I missed out something ?

Take three sticks of different length….mix them up and then form a triangle with them end to end. Then mix them up again and form a triangle by putting them endpoint to endpoint. You will see that you formed the same triangle…it may be a translation, reflection, or rotation of the original triangle but it will be congruent to the first triangle you constructed. SSS is a postulate and is accepted without proof. Hope that helps.
