I was Marisa's Assistant for years. I love her so much! What you see here is exactly who she is in life. Kind, funny, generous, loving and filled with awe! Peace

What an absolutely beautiful, grounded, real, talented, genuine and adorable woman Marisa Tomei is. She laughs and giggles so easily and freely, she just seems like a really wonderful and lovely human being.

Who disliked this? Marisa Freaking Tomei...3 time Oscar nominee, talented and beautiful woman. I recommend that you see "Unhook the Stars" with Gena Rowlands and Marisa. Gorgeous film!

She's awesome, wish she sill used a bit of that New York accent.
@Erulin685 жыл бұрын
She actually doesn't have one... her mother, who's an English teacher, constantly corrected her when she was a child so she wouldn't get one. But I get what you mean, you're referring to My Cousin Vinny for which she put on that accent... and that's why she's a great actress.

She's trying to be diplomatic about not liking "The Wrestler" and finding work with Mickey Rourke to be a chore (a common sentiment).

I so love Marisa Tomai. Since I was a teenager. By the way what's wrong with the term actress?

Though very accomplished in Hollywood more so than she will ever admit, I wonder if Marisa has experienced the same issue that Charlize Theron expressed, which was basically boils down to - just too fuckin' hot for most roles?

Alec Baldwin said it best: "Do you wanna be an actor or do you wanna be a famous actor. If you wanna be a famous actor than part of me feels sorry for you cause you're not gonna get to do that much acting."
