Mike Lynch and his friend Stephen Chamberlain win in court against the very large American corporation HP (you think that these are printers and laptops, and this is half of all US electronics. Dell and IBM sit in the second half). Stephen Chamberlain goes for a run and is hit and killed by a car. A week later, Mike goes on a boat trip to celebrate the victory. And it doesn’t pop up anymore. There are such coincidences.

Police boat on the spot is not a good sign . Means that during diving the specialists have seen something in the wreck that led prosecutors to start investigators to make scientific surveys.

Why did it need such a tall mast ? That surely must have contributed to it being overturned. Also being aluminium it would be more prone to a lightning strike at that height.
@scottingram5802 ай бұрын
I think its neglective murder, no right minded skipper would have raised a lifting keel in deep water at anchor with a super tall mast that alone would of made it unstable let alone a storm and hatches left open, who leaves their windows open in a storm, given that the acquitted partner was killed within hours a suspicious finger has to be pointed at someone
@cliffhardie3341Ай бұрын
I agree ,and the skipper and crew would have known in advance of storm warning and radar to boot

Yeah I'm sure it was nothing to do with the 8.5 billion dollar legal case the owner had just won against Hewlett Packard, who's majority shareholders just happen to be Blackrock and Vangaurd.... his business partner was 'coincidentally' killed in a hit and run incident whilst riding his bike. But I'm sure that had nothing to do with this 'black swan' event 😂
@simonhart5362 ай бұрын
Its in poor taste to reference black swan. Its a reference used in financial circles to a catastrophic event. The guy whos boat it was and his cohort were involved in a financial fraud case. And both are dead. Its so dodgy. And corrupt
@56postoffice2 ай бұрын
For which they were both acquitted. Sometimes bad coincidence happens. Not everything is a conspiracy.

This boat is an ocean going sailing yacht and designed to use the force of wind when its sails are out. Its sails would have been down and therefore as safe as could be from a storm. I'd suggest someone or people took advantage of the storm.
