As noted in the Monitor screen, actual output is 3150ish an hour on the 3500 setting. But if running with a zero index it would be just a bit slower than 1 round a second. 3600 would be 1 round a second

I haven't seen many videos of the 650 system running, so you should do some!

is there any way for you to do a quick video on the swage height and primer pin bushing height? I have a revolution and it will run great for about 10 rounds then it'll eat a primer for no apparent reason... chasing if the pocket on the shell isn't getting swaged enough or if the primer is shifting on the pin before being pushed into the pocket.

I'm surprised the powder can all drop into the case at that rate.

The benefit of that double throw, even with rifle it throws it fast

Ours has an issue of spitting out a shell and jamming the machine if we get too far past 1800 rnds and hour. It will run great fast for a while, but then the centrifugal force will cause one to throw. Then we have to unjam it and clear the plate and reset and that takes like 5 or 6 minutes. 1800 is as far as we have gotten so far. Wondering how long you can run at 3500?

I can run all day at 3500. Key for me was making sure both springs are on the caae pawl, or else yes, cases can spit out at the higher speeds. I was running with just the top spring in the arm, but once I put 2 it runs solid.

@@RobActiveShooterEngh Could you make a video on how to get the two springs engaged. I only see a place for one. Thank you

The Revolution, Automated 1050 and Rollsizer are sitting at around $27,000 Canadian dollars. I have a few other presses and tools, so grand total now is probably close to 50k. But, I ran that auto 1050 for a long time and if the Revo hadn't come out it would still be running as my main machine.

Rob, do you have any Criticism/Complaints to mention, now that you've had it for a while? Can you see a way to make something, so it can hold 5000 Primers etc, so you can head out to the shops for a couple hours?

yeah no way to do that, and honestly, not a good idea. you never walk away from machines like this for very long. Gun powder and primers are a bad mix to leave unattended while running

Never leave a machine like this. Need to keep it fed with primers, powder, bullets, and cases. Also need to address stoppages or worse, problems that don't stop the machine but mangle things. Always watch or at least be nearby and listening. When you spend enough time with machines like this, you can hear when something is even slightly amiss.
