It's called a Captain's license lol And large vessels are regularly subjected to stability reports, to determine how much weight they can carry and still stay afloat. Obviously the more weight you add makes a ship top heavy and more susceptible to roll over in heavier seas, so ships do not exceed their stability report. That'd just be reckless.

Only an opinion but I’d love some old school ‘proper’ course vlogs, Palmares Golf Club Part 1 etc. Luckily i clicked the video but i think people could easily skip past thinking this was about Mark’s driver and not a short 3 hole match. Fully appreciate you mix things up a lot more now but the old 6 part type full vlogs, especially abroad are certainly a miss.
