That's not why he offered her a deal lmao. He's on the fence the entire time on whether or not he wants to buy into it. Mark will speak up and tell people to not take deals he thinks are not in their favor, and subsequently he will tell people when they would be crazy to not take deals from sharks when they should, he wouldn't drop 400k because he "feels like someone is being taken advantage of". I love how the camera keeps on panning to Mark's face when Kevin is negotiating his deal. You can tell Mark knows nothing about the skin care buisness that's the main reason why he doesn't want to make a deal but he cares and loves people who work their way up from nothing like he did when he was a kid. Every second Kevin was talking about numbers you can tell from Mark's face that he is screwing her over.

She didnt overstate her position, or look desperate at any point. She pitted the sharks against each other, and stood behind her product. Sometimes the less you say, the more impact it has. Kevin tried to orchestrate a deal that suited him, she got a deal that suited her. Nuff said
