Dude the elephant one had me dying of laughter, its like Atroic said its just so passive aggressive, like if you need this you already have issues. Just talk, communicate, say what you gotta say and be receptive, and I think this goes for both parties. Honestly for me that's a huge red flag if instead of just approaching me and talking if something is on their mind, they take the lid off a box to reveal an elephant, which then initiates the talking that should've happened to begin with, like holy crap man

But I am also mildly autistic 😂 I mean, if you need a bit of time to prepare and find the time and place, or you don't really feel comfortable being the one to start the conversation, it might work pretty good. But yes, I would probably draw an elephant to put on the fridge instead. I could also see myself using this as a teen, when I often felt like my parents should come talk to me/ask me about something but they never did. Going to them and saying "hey come talk to me" was too much to ask. So a symbol I could have used might have worked.

The Elephant Chat story is actually pretty sad, the wife ended up cheating on the husband. He even tried to fix things by proposing marriage counseling and therapy but the wife wasn't having it, continued to be standoffish and served him divorce papers on one of their kids' 16th birthday.

bro i feel there's hidden deals on this show between the sharks, i mean the way they ALL devalued the haunted house one to make them go lower, then mark immediately sniping like that. daymond could have easily written on his clipboard "hey ill make em lower their offer for 2%" and all the sharks would be making money, i mean it just doesn't make sense for all these business people in the room and not one has even thought of working together to get shit cheap? come on. edit: also just thought of the fact that most of the sharks have little overlap, so it almost becomes an obvious choice of which shark they are gonna want. hell i feel like kevin is only on the show to make the deals better for the rest of them, and any company he manages to swindle along the way is just a bonus.

I worked at a financing company like that total merchant resources company and they do make absolute bank. 400% is wild but also the APR that customers pay, although at the same time repayment rates are comically low. It would have been a great business to invest in, even at the time, and the COVID-19 pandemic made it even more profitable with falling credit and therefore an increasing customer base

What does your comment mean? Do the sharks purposefully want a larger percentage of a company? Yes. You can watch plenty of podcasts where Cuban/Lori/Mr wonderful talk about the multiple losses they have. It is not a risk free investment and we tend to remember the good ones and forget the bad ones.
