Their infrastructure and services are not at the brink of collapsing. Good governance and no runaway corruption would be much appreciated by the Jamaican people. I think Golding could help the journey to accountability and good governance for Jamaica. Andrew has failed in bringing us the basics of good governance, accountability, and transparency. That's my observation and my opinion on the matter.
