Yeah, I don’t understand the need for a lot of these movies or TV shows with gay couples to always end on a sad or bitter note. Like, maybe 20-30 years ago I could understand that. But it’s 2024 now, there are plenty of gay couples out there who are happily together and have a perfectly healthy relationship. I myself am gay and have been with my bf for over 4 years now. One of my co-workers is also gay and he’s been married to his husband for 30 years or so. So yeah, I think it’s time to stop all this angst and drama that’s always around gay couples in movies or shows.

@@stevetrowbridge7425 actually there are some gay couples on tv shows that have happy endings like Mickey and Ian from shameless,Alex and Michael from Roswell New Mexico,Alec and Magnus from shadowhunters they were lesbians but Eve and maze from lucifer got married in the end and Tk and Carlos in 911 lone star got married at the end of last season so some gay couples do have happy endings a lot break up but they usually end up back together take Callie and Arizona from greys anatomy idk how many times they broke up but there back together and also on greys Levi and Nico broke up but I think they’ll find there way back to each other

Contrary to many movies, the character choses to end the relationship to respect himself. It’s not because someone won’t accept him. I wish they would have stayed together because they are so beautiful together. Warren made the best decision for himself

Eventually, Mark rejected Warren because Warren didn't stand up for Mark when Warren's lover John punched Mark when their affair became known. I too wanted Mark and Warren to quit their lovers and start a decent relationship together.

Love the movie ; even got the DVD, to me Mark wasn’t really happy with his relationship because his BF always working , they don’t see each others family together & they are in a open relationship which is doomed from the start and Warren’s with is bf because he feels like he’s in debt to him for helping him & to me the reason Mark rejected Warren because 1 he didn’t stand for him when their affair was exposed and got hit and 2 Warren said he will leave his partner for Mark instead of him being happy so it wasn’t gone be right unless they both are ready to wanna be together
