Update comment: Recently, a patient who went by the name of Mr. McKee, who went to the same dialysis clinic I go to, has sadly passed away. He was a kind man. He never showed any rude attitude towards anyone, including me. It saddens my family to know he died, but he can finally rest in peace, in the clouds of heaven.

They should have ended the series after season 8, it would have been the right thing to do. Anthony Edwards was the anchor for the series, in my opinion. It started going downhill after 8, and the last 2 seasons are almost unwatchable.

As far as i know there isn't really a specific name for this song, but I believe it first appeared during Mark's Funeral. It was then used later on at different points of the series for emotionally-charged scenes.

It doesn't seem to have a title afaik. Mark's Funeral is kind of fitting, though the music piece went on to be used at different emotional story beats, such as when Carter and his wife lost their son.

It was originally called balloon I believe, named for the scene where Rachel releases the balloon in Mark’s memory.
