On January 14, 2024, we gathered for a common cause: to join in the care of Mark, whose generous gift brings renewed life to those in need.
His family decided to share this special and private moment with the public to honor his legacy.

Thank you Mark! We hold you and your family in our hearts. My husband received a heart from a generous donor and his family in January of this year, and we can hardly express what a precious gift of life this is too us.

My condolences to his family and friends. Mark will always be a Hero to those whose lives he has saved, their family and friends. I lost my nephew Scott on January 30,2024 and he became a Hero by being an organ donor which was his wish. Mark and Scott are now with our Lord and Savior.

His passing was pretty much exactly a year after my mom’s passing. As hard as it is to say goodbye to our loved ones, it really is a blessing to help those in need. This family is so heroic. Mark is a hero too. ❤

Does it not bother you that they take organs from patients that are alive? Are you an organ donor?

Honor has been given and hope received by so many. It is truly amazing that as few as 3 in 1000 brain deaths will actually become donors. They are truly touched by a higher power to give such an awesome set of gifts.
