I haven't heard Mark since heading to Italy with his wife. He is a prolific artist, with quite a few recordings. I would imagine his voice has now 'settled', and while he is called a tenor, what makes him so very remarkable to me is his range. He shows no 'break' in his voice with which a lot of singers struggle. While he does not toss off high 'C's', and he isn't flashy, he uses his voice well. His high notes are beautiful with no straining or harshness. Well done, Mark. Your talent, humility and hard work are paying off! Bravo! Bravo!👏👏👏👏👏

what a marvelous classic voice. anyone who listens to opera will see what a talent he has. its not a pop voice. he has an excellent classic voice and tremendous emotive quality. LETS HEAR MORE

It is now 2017, Mark is now about 22 years old and I am proud to say I am the proud owner of most of his CDs. Most of the time I like to play them in the car, on long trips he brings me hours of relaxing and entertaining 'company' as I enjoy his wonderful music. May he go on to be a world famous opera singer. Good luck Mark and a very Happy Christmas for 2017. Thank you.

I've listened to dozens of tenors. When I heard this, I thought, "Australia has produced the world's next Pavarotti." I hope this young man takes that prize money and heads straight for the Milan conservatory. He's destined for world acclaim and shouldn't waste a moment. The audition committee will surely waive any specific requirements. If not, Juilliard would. Go west, young man. Chase that conservatory dream now. "This is the moment," as the song says. Don't wait two years. Just go!!!!

I don't know diddly about technique or even who Paul Potts is, but when I listened to this song, it made me stop what I was doing and really listen, and it gave me goosebumps in a good way, so who cares about technique when he can hold an audience in the palm of his hand like that... I will listen to this song over and over, and thank God that this gentleman can sing.

I agree with you about his breathing. He made a huge improvement 1 year later as a guest on AGT at age 16 with 'You'll never walk alone' & in 2011 he sang 'Bridge over troubled waters' which was fantastic. look them up on you tube.
