@@dwebster8893 Although you can search Qazvin in google and find what exists there, there the most famous place in Qazvin in Alamut castle or eagle castle that the English word (Assassin) comes from there. Alamut is a very unique area in Iran and even its nature is quite rare in the world.

13:38 so cute :-) I'll translate for all the non persian speakers but the kebab vendor was saying how happy he was they showed his kebabs and that if they needed any help or anything favours in the city he'd be more than happy to help. Through the whole video u see the tour guide and the vendors exchanging kind words that I feel like add a lot to the atmosphere of the video. Iranians are such warm and hospitable people, if u ever needed a bed I swear u could ask a random person off the street and they'd be more than happy to open up their homes and sofrehs (table cloths) to u. I'm sure u guys have picked up on this but it's a part of my culture that I cherish and value so much, especially living in a fast money driven western world, my Persian roots ground me again

OMG Mr Mark, I just came across your videos recommended by KZbin. My parentes are from the beautiful city of Shiraz but we have being living in Europe for over 30 years. I was just 12 when we moved here and I did recogniz some of the places and shops from your videos from when I was a child, going around the city of Shiraz for shopping and dinner with my family. Iranians are the most generous people on earth, and the food is world class, among the very best, and the "torchi", pickled veg. is no 1 in the world.And they cook the best rice in the world, and the dishes served with it are so incredibly delicious!!"Ghormeh--Sabzi", "Gheimeh" etc, and the cakes and the sweets are dangerously delicious!!"Gaz", Sohan Qom" Badam-Sokhteh" ,Bamiya "Lavooshak" etc etc etc .
