Welcome to Dong Van in Northern Vietnam. Since our shoes were soaked (and torn) we decided to throw them away and buy some cheap shoes for the second half of the Ha Giang Loop road trip. This was the best day of our road trip yet! The Meo Vac region of the drive was STUNNING and made for an epic motorbike trip! Vietnam didn't disappoint and we barely even got wet this time!

At the last road scene, you should have stopped at that station. Here is where the best view of the whole region. A spectacular view of the huge, wide canyon with a river at the bottom and high mountains on the other side. The station was built there for that.
