Fixed the issue… the gas meter had ran out … I topped up the meter but then the boiler didn’t come on as usual at it’s set time and the error message was F4. This video showed me exactly what I needed to get it working again. Thank you 🙏🏾

Hi Mark. Love your videos. Clear and concise! My problem is... I had a glow worm flexicom30 fitted on the green scheme, around 5 years ago. It was fitted for free, as i am disabled. When fitted, the company who did it, didn't leave details for servicing, so it has only been serviced twice, by gas fitters i have got in, via adverts in local newspapers. But my main problem now, is that the boiler runs off an erratic climapro2 remote control. What i would like to know, is if the boiler can be operated manually, by the buttons on the front, to turn on my heating? The heating has been turning itself on, around ten times per day. I have to climb the stairs, turn the boiler off at the wall, leave it ten minutes, and then put it back on. There is obviously a fault with the remote control unit. This is why i want to do it via the buttons. I am riddled with arthritis, and trips up the stairs are killing me. Thanks in advance.

Hi mark if the pressure is low the boiler won’t fire up it did have a f4 now has f1 after I reset it many thanks

Hi Mark I have a Gloworm Flexicom 12 HX with a fault code F22. I have a policy with an insurance company who sent out an engineer saying its beyond economical repair. Its clean and like new inside and I wiggled the thermister sensor attached to a copper pipe at the top of the boiler and all is working fine now. Question: Should i get the sensor replaced, is this generating the f22 fault code do you think? Cheers! Mark

Moved the location of the boiler (flexicom 18hx), it has power but doesn't fire up after turning the thermostat and and controller on for either of hw and radiators, any suggestions?
