I’d love to hear someone like Ryan Ford or the guys from Origins Parkour on the show. I think there’s a lot of crossover between the things you’re espousing here and the Parkour world. Love from Australia ❤

I talk about this with people all the time because chasing Aesthetics is insane and it leads to many mental issues, because it's pointless. When bodybuilding first came around, it was about vitality, looking strong and healthy while also having to prove your strength as well as your muscle control doing these little dances with your muscles, not this obsessive flexing of every single muscle all at the same time in specific poses. It went from Vitality to being as unhealthy as possible with as many mental issues as you can give yourself just trying to be the biggest guy on stage or even the most symmetrical guy on stage but then you get nothing else out of life other than recognition for having built something that other people have done as well. It's funny because a lot of guys will go to the gym to develop a body to hopefully get the attention of women, and they might but they mostly get attention for men and a lot of women and I mean the vast majority of women do not like the bodybuilder build. They don't like what it does to your brain they don't like when it does to your social life and they absolutely don't like the way it looks. Most women will enjoy as small as a swimmer's body and some as big as a warrior's body, but even just looking like an athlete is good enough to turn heads, but without mental fortitude and personality, you're continuously going to get nowhere with women. Of course you would learn these things if you talk to women and they will tell you that they are more fascinated by hands and forearms then your biceps, they see more about a guy with big hips and big backs versus big arms, and of course having big shoulders will do the job no matter what

Bringing fun ito your workouts is the ticket your workout might be skipping daily you do not have to go to a gym and lift 2 million kgs you also do not have to eat like a usa gold medalist 100 metre sprinter. If you get your daily protein and eat 75 80% nutritional its ok to get loose on 15 20% restricting yourself to much is madness its a mind fuck
