Hi Daniel - Following your videos since I entered the project which creating the chatbot you are great renewable resource for everone who is eager to learn ✨🤝- when giving SharePoint list as source to PVA through automate..can we give the FAQ questions of same phrases as a user to clarify and select answer blue box or is there any efficient method to improve the datasource of list in the chatbot..Thank you for videos💥👍

Hi Zafarshamsi, I'm testing that right now. There is a feature available but I haven't gotten it to work yet.
