Continuously evaluating sectors and sector specific stocks is important. Just because Sensex is at the top you need not run away from buying. When there is blood bath in the market, don't buy just like that. Observe fundamentally good companies and continuous slide in the price of the stock just because of one bad quarter or a sectoral bad news.. For example Hindustan Uniliver when it touched 52 week lows in February/March, why you didn't purchase boldly in tranches? Same goes with UPL, Cosmo First, Jindal polyfilms etc. Now TATA steel should be on your radar. Wait, wait, watch, watch,.. When there is a 1000 or 2000 point bloodbath, buy in a tranche say around 130 or so.. That's how portfolios are built.. At the top book at least 30% portfolio into profits!!

Sir I don’t know. All my SL got hit and I was sitting on 100% cash. Infact locked all my gains and not given back. It’s right or wrong I don’t know but surely what u teaching us is really right sir. EMS theme, Recycling companies, water theme, data Center infra, Semiconductor space all this are highly elevated. No follow-up buying and squats across all counters.
