I’m brand new to buying stocks. I need basic instructions on how to spread $100k across the market in order to achieve a 7 figure portfolio. Just wondering if now is a good time to start investing, or do I wait for a crash to buy at discount price?

Perhaps you should discuss with a license advisor, particularly if you're new at investing or facing uncertainty. I personally have over 180 companies in my portfolio, so if few companies fail, I still have others that can hold me up

Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to Lorett Logan

Main inflation source is high gasoline prices. Cameron mentioned this earlier. Trump will lower gas prices thus lower inflation. Tariffs and deportations will not impact inflation as strongly as gas prices. We had tariffs since 2018. The tariffs did not increase this round of inflation Why? Lower gas prices in 2018 to 2020 kept inflation low.
