I am talking to you from Sultanate of Oman, its Feb 2020 and I can say you are one of the best people I have ever enjoyed learned from KZbin, I like the way you explain things, easy and simple. You have no idea how effective you are. I really hope that you do create new videos for new-age marketing stuff which is out there a lot but nobody can explain things as much as you can. You are just amazing Soma.

Lekeane, It's exciting to start a new business...and a lot of work. My best advice to you is to make full use of the small business administration government site. You can search it in your browser. There are resources for anyone starting and running a business. I'd look into SCORE as well. They are free mentors for small business owners. Good luck!

Fantastic Marketing company. I used AdMasterseo for a large project for both social media and my e-commerce website. I have never been happier with my selection. I will choose them over anyone else 100% of the time. My website has been getting more traffic to website which has improved my sales. I totally recommend their services (Advertmasterseo@yandex com)

Hello Soma, I loved your presentation!! I am a fashion illustrator and calligraphist. I wondered since art is not a competitive, but just depends on the need the client at the time, what an alternative for a competitive advantage?? To showcase your combination of brand and features etc...thanks Soma!

Hi, Splendorous. Think about what someone would buy if they did not buy art at all? Posters? Crafts? A new couch? Does that help?

Hi Soma! Thanks so much for the reply. I wasn't too sure what you meant if they didn't buy art at all, but I think what your saying is that I need to consider what objects people buy that are related to art, but maybe not the art itself....I hope I'm understanding you right?? Thanks Soma

Hi, Kim. What an exciting project. My question to you is this, what are the substitutes for your product? In your competitive review and competitive advantage you would determine your position against these substitutes. How loyal are consumers to the substitute, etc. Let me know if you have any questions.

Just a question, all I conclude from this video is that we should shape the market needs around our products and/or services. What if we are introducing a new service idea that already has primary data gathered, at the same time, we want to introduce this new thing into the market, .. well, here's the question, how do you make those customers take something they have never ever experienced?
@SomaxDatta
@SomaxDatta 9 жыл бұрын
Ahmed Rafiey Great question. My first answer is that you don't "make" them do anything. If you know the market, and the need, SHOW them how your new product or service meets their needs. The primary research you've done shows they need your new offering, yes?

This days we are talking far too much about marketing. Finally it is not so important as almost all think. Marketing helps hide incompetency and drain budget of company. Be careful when you apply in your bussiness because you can be known as the worst company with the worst produkt on the market. Good produkt doesnt need a lot marketing maybe a lot advertisement but this is another lesson to learn, bad produkt with good marketing lead you to disaster. I love watch this marketing bull...... unfortunately real business doesent work like they think.
