super video, nikdy jsem neměl větší pocit, že jsem out of touch s oborem, jako po shléduntí tohoto! :D ale vážně, klobouček, skvělá práce a díky za to!

Hats off! Guys you did something amazing. You collected all marketing big brains and let them talk. Those who follow them on regular basis get the summary with some raisins filling the cake of the discussion. Those new to business get valuable stuff to Think and learn. Finally the quality is amazing. You can easily say it’s coming from Amazon or Netflix. Congrats!

The greatest respect to the creators. I watched the documentary with wonder and admiration. The future of our industry through the eyes of perhaps the most unrecognized marketing leaders. Mark Ritson and Byron Sharp as we know them and Zoe Scaman. This trio in my eyes has created a probe into history and the future. Old versus new. Structure and order versus future chaos in an AI vortex. Confronting the old matadors with the new (and clearly defined) view of those who come after them.🤛 More questions than answers, but eye-opening and thought provoking. About 1000 things flew through my head while watching, just inspiration and taking it to the next level.

She absolutely is! Her perspective is so balanced and human, giving people the courage to step out, try new things, and stand up for their ideas. We're thrilled to have her in the documentary, and even more excited that she’s joining us in Brno next year.

This are so important messages and insights to push our marketing craft to the next level, so let’s hope that Evidence about peoples behaviour in the real world becomes the base framework for marketing practitioners also here . Great work from the entire Marketing Festival team - congrats 👍

The documentary has just the right questions, nothing bad for an industry that is making itself up.

Ono to tak za den, dva odezní a přijdou nějaká uvědomnění co s tím, a kam dál. Já už se na to teď s odstupem taky dívám úplně jinak :)) Díky moc za zhlédnutí.

wonderful and insightful piece! agree with reaching as many as you can afford, target based on behavior instead or personas, and of course position carefully

The best application of AI On Data will be training the data on the historical data (NBD-Dirichelet for example) and then analysing data ongoing using AI across thousands of metrics/dimensions to identify quatifiably possible penetration growth rates. ie if NBD says you can only get to 35% penetration, then a target of 50% is unlikely (without something radical happening). Apply the same to Frequency, Profiles etc

Experienced & adaptable Strategists & Planners who properly dive in, are going to be incredibly powerful talents. I can’t figure out whether they will be off alone or staying in agencies/clients.

Our pleasure! 😊 Time for a bit of a breather after this three-month marathon-sprint combo, and then on to brainstorming the next thing. 🚀 Hope you took something useful from the documentary!

✊Tolles Video!

Mark says: 'as inflation increased marketers managed to increase prices ..' - but isn't inflation and increasing prices the same thing? maybe more correctly: as the marketers selling stuff that's inputs to businesses put prices up, the other marketers selling stuff (that uses those inputs) to other businesses and to consumers also put prices up?
@joshualeechee80119 күн бұрын
Yes that is true,, however Mark's point is that many marketers have used the perceptual cover of inflation to raise prices beyond the mere effects of said inflation.

Y'all really should break out the AI bit as a standalone video. I see what Mark see, marketers acting like AI is crap after spending a few mins.

Mark Riston is the only one saying anything. The other two are just waffling nonsense. Byron Sharp was especially just saying words, none of which actually mean anything. Zoe is reading from the manual of the bleeding obvious... er AI will make teams... er more effective... er.. some to steer the ship, then it turns into Charlie Brown's teacher.
