Buying Stocks or Gold are the absolute best hedges against hyperinflation.
@Dylancool804823 күн бұрын
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.
@stevenvan510423 күн бұрын
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

The belief that the Federal Reserve would stop raising interest rates was the driving force behind the entire economic chaos. What should we do now that we have a situation where interest rates are crashing? At this point, how would you suggest that I safely allocate $300k?
@sharonwinson-m8gАй бұрын
Although the market is currently volatile, aren't the current valuations a result of the Federal Reserve's monetary policy and low interest rates? Therefore, my recommendation is that you consult a financial advisor who can give you entry and exit points for the shares that you are interested in.

Agreed, my portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% from early last year to date. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take another year. IMO, financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors.

Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Sophia Maurine Lanting” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive.She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid economy crisis, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. Unequivocally, the collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich.

The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.

The tightening was too aggressive to begin with. The rate hikes have broken an already fragile economy that would have worked out the inflation in the free market.What should we do now that we have a situation where interest rates are crashing? Not offering any particular advice, but I can assure you that most stocks still have growth potential. Re-distributing is not as hard as many people think it is. Ordinary investors lack the requisite level of diligence, so having a financial advisor on board is usually highly beneficial. In the market, this is how people generate enormous profits.

This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800,000.

The start of cutting often fortells a move into a recession, hence why the stock market is now down with them cutting more than expected, which indicates to the market that the Fed sees the market as weaker than expected.
