I remember when all the buildings (condos/town houses/some plazas) you showed in the video didn't exist and it was all farm land. I remember when Highway 7 was two lanes only. Shame to see all the land go to tiny little shoe box condos and town houses.

I dont think featuring the Pacific Mall was wise. Maybe its a source of pride within the Chinese community. To the rest of us its nothing more than a house of ill repute. Its well known for history of criminal enterprise. Why anybody would wanna showcase this black mark on the community is beyond me. And tone deaf.
