for anyone curious, the item at 25:55 is a snap ball tea strainer. its used to infuse the tea, the hinge at the end keeps the tea ball closed automatically like a spring. you just gently pinch it to open, add loose leaf tea, let it close, infuse, lift and let strain, dispose of used leaves. :] *edited for typos and corrections
