Partially blocked, in your case, means that more air was able to go through and you were able to make noise. I am definitely not denying that you were choking but I just wanted to clarify that the op is still correct! :)

Mark, here's a pretty easy fix to not being able to teleport using your Quest 3: Just open Controller Bindings from the steam vr menu, and re-map one of the buttons to Index_Left_Thumbstick_Up. If you did it right, it should make it so that when you hold down the button you chose, you'll be able to teleport. Hope this helps!

i think they could've done a better job with the tutorial/giving info on how it works, i've seen plenty of people not understand at all how it works because its a mix of like 4 different mechanics that arent explained at all, only one is the OG mechanic, and while the others make some amount of sense it seems hard to get
