The great thing about Green Day is people like you exist to propagate this fantasy. Until they went global Mike had nearly impossible bass lines to duplicate(listen to most of insomniac), Tre plays complex frenetic drum parts like he's on a country stroll, and Billie plays in E flat so power chords can transition into regular ones with ease while sneaking in leads and singing every song. That's what's really fucking magical about them.

@@JV-df9em OK people have been telling me for the past like couple of months that during like the early to late 90s Billy was on methamphetamines. He was on Adderall, which is no different than speed. Take one compound out its speed he used to drink and smoke weed a lot while taking speed that’s probably why he looked like he was bugging out of his eyeballs because speed gives you a nice high euphoric energetic feeling. But I will tell you this meth does not do that to you.
