I've had nothing but problems with my clamps. Installed them as instructed and they constantly slid down. I've tried everything but it's just a bad design. I have the skirt attached which you didn't show and that makes the problem worse. As for customer service there has never been any. They don't answer and they don't read reviews.

Would have been better if you had stated at the start of the video that Gentents are made to fit almost any portable generator.
