Funny video, thumbs up! I was just wondering whether a name like "wattage cottage" (which I do find absolutely ridiculous, don't get me wrong) is really worse than "pain cave", just that the latter is already well established...

New subscriber, great content. Being a shift worker (Panama shift pattern) and been training for triathlon for many years, full distance, I would like to see how you would fair off doing a rotation of nightshifts, and how it affects your performance. Lots of KZbinrs mention how they manage it around there 8/10 hour days shifts, it's alot more of a challenge after 12 hours of nights shifts! I definitely see a decline and sacrifice sleep to train, 4/5 hours most working days. Cheers!

I dare not send mine in with the amount of led ambient lighting I have. Plus it looks like the inside of one of the shacks in a favellas. To top it off my sweat has rotted through the marine ply after seeping through the well fitted rubber matting. On the plus side my wife did go inside to put a large bike related parcel and I took it as a huge compliment that she messaged me about the parcel and said it looks like a place that festers misery and suffering, where souls go to die.
