Great setup. Removing or reducing friction to training / bike maintenance is key to consistency for both, IMO. 5:53 Suggestion: paint a large piece of timber the same colour as the wall and attach it to the wall. Install the back half of the frame into that piece of timber. As if the bike has ridden into the wall...

Need a rack for clothing, there's no way you're throwing sweaty biking bibs/jersey/etc right into those containers. Hangers and a compact clothes hanger on wheels that you can move around and store when not in use.

what mr jaycobsen says and I also use a plumb bob for things like saddle setback with respect to the bottom bracket. If you're not super particular like me you can get close easily with reach and stack measurements.
