When you go to the outpost, when he leave go up ride ladder 🪜 pass the guard at the top (he won’t see you) then wait for the trader to go back to the front and the other guard to go in the other building. Then you can sneak in through that door and take what you want.

I honestly don't know. I didn't do anything special, just set off my own story. It's unlikely to happen on the preset scenarios
