Mechanically it has some issues like failing diffs in early cars, possible injector issues and a whining transmission in a small percentage of early cars, so mechanically the car is quite solid but it can have some electrical issues, parts and maintenance can be quite expensive tho. 3.0 SC v6 are a LITTLE bit more “reliable” than the v8 but both are again solid if you don’t buy the first year or so. Some people say that the cars have “chain issues” but that is just a worry for high mileage examples.
