How refreshing. Most things he talks about in these laws are things I instinctively have felt or thought since I was a child. It's all common sense really, yet common sense is not that common anymore.

Fair skinned and I noticed my sun tolerance without burning went up tremendously after going primal and cutting the junk out. Didn't know it was a side effect and was very surprised to notice the effect.

You want to try living in the UK in winter! I try and get on the sun beds 2-3 times a week and have just started supplementing 4000iu D3. I also eat a lot of eggs etc.

I’m an Australian and we can’t spend literally 10 minutes outside without sunscreen. We are from the country with the highest skin cancer rate per capita
