I had an opportunity as a young 18-year-old moved away from the parents for the first time! Was blessed and fortunate to get a job working for an amazing restaurant in Richmond Virginia it was through the united emirates of Dubai! I learned so much! And I know I spelled it right but there was an amazing chef there and his name was Flozi M Madi! Thank you!! I never forgot you!! I was treated with the upmost respect!! I found all of the Arabian Sea food very delicious!! The tuna stuffed with different tipes of marinade, the crisped shrimps that can open the apetite for its freshness, all of them acompained with assorted spices, condiments and aromas that awaken the sense of smell and taste the palate. Plus having good friends to talk and laught, makes a really good combination for living and enjoy this moments.
