Omggggggggg The dishes u ordered at U Bansethů: 1) Chicken noodle soup 2) Beef stew tokan with dumplings - Its a Hungarian dish similar to Guláš, the “white” dumplings don’t consist of roughly chopped pieces of rolls/ something similar to a regular white bread/ baguette lol, that’s how they differ from the “mixed dumplings” that u had with the beef tongue - Karlovarsky knedlik 3) Quarter of a duck with cabbage and dumplings 4) Horse radish sauce with beef tongue, assortment of dumplings and toasted almonds Also, the “trdelnik” AKA cinnamon roll thing with ice cream u had looked kinda stale ._., next time, I’d recommend getting it fresh off the coals in stands usually around the Old Town Square, OR just don’t get it at ALL. 26:12 In Czech we have 5 types of how to serve beer: we have the "milk" in czech official name is "mlíko" that is to drink like the lady said, we have the "šnyt" thath is for tasting the beer if is it good or not, we have the "na dvakrát" wich is most popular and it is for clasic Czech beer, it is a way of splitting the beer twice, we have the "hladinka" wich is the same as "na dvakrát" but the way as it serve is faster, and finall "čochtan" wich is beer without foam on top, so the "čochtan" is the most teribble way how to serve beer. So the best way to drink beer is "na dvakrát" or "hladinka".

I remember going to Canada for my dad's soccer game. We all went to go eat pizza afterwards. I must've been 17/18 when they directly asked me if I wanted a beer. I looked at my dad like huh? She picked up on it, & asked him for me instead. My dad was ,"no! She's not interested." I def didn't grow up in a place where ppl under 21 could drink. That was something different!

A huge Compliment to Mark and his lovely Family. For someone who is in Prague for the first Time: Perfect Job. The Picture from the spoon with the Chicken Noodle Soup 10:41 and the Pilsner reminds me of a wonderful Photo of myself when I was in Budweis in 2010 with my 9-year-old Daughter. We took the Night Train from Zurich to Prague. When I arrived in Ceske Budejovice I wanted to have a Beer on the spur of the Moment, so we got out and went to the nearby Hotel Filip (I stayed there a long Time ago). It was around 10 AM and the Restaurant had Soup ready. Delicious

Czech food is stunningly underrated. When I visited Prague, I was blown away by the street food; Goulash with soft white bread in a large paper cup, rotisserie ham with sauerkraut, amazing sandwiches, we had those hotdogs too. And the beer; omg. Excellent place for foodies. I'm glad he went there.
