Yes you sure can.. and different colors will change it up a little bit.. but like Marla said black will keep your chrome true to it's color. There's a good bit of videos that have been up for several years if you want to check them out

Actually I have had powders cloud my stamper and I've had others say the same thing..i recommend using a stsmper or two just for powders

Have you tried just wiping the tacky layer off the color instead of doing a top coat and buffing? I don’t know if it would work, but it would eliminate the bulk of multiple layers.

Yep. But it stays semi-glossy so the chrome catches it

Use it for your chromes then because eventually they will damage your stamper.
