Definitely combine now if ur on the edge before they're mature. I waited until a year in before I combined and they were already locked so only the roots were combined until they grew out long and I cut off the double ends (plus the longer they got, they started thinning toward the ends). Locs are definitely a journey and a learning process

I think you should combine them NOW. Honestly it hurt my heart to see your face when you were saying how you wanted thick locs but probably wont get them 😟😢😥. YOU CAN HAVE THEM NOW! its not too late♡ .. i felt that same exact way before i started my loc journey and ive always worn and loved marley twists for that same exact reason.. so when i was about to start my journey i did a ton of research lol i knew what i wanted and made it happen. Thick locs are something that your heart REALLY desires... so why not just go for it the first time around without waiting on regret?? Anyways.. I stumbled across your channel and i love it. You seem very sweet. I watched a couple of your earlier videos and my spirit compelled me to leave you a message... So this is just a loving suggestion from a fellow Queen ♡ follow your heart.

What type of Marley hair and how long is it

I understand you wanting them thick but give them time to bud and then maybe combing them. Just a suggestion.

You are right..I'm just so impatient ..it's only been 2 1/2 months ..I need to relax lol also I need to start wearing them out more in their natural state instead of always finding a way to alter them...after I take these twists down I will work on embracing them full on!

Trust me it was hard for me to embrace it too but it will become apart of you and you'd wear it with no alterations ever. Lol

Aww this message was so special ! I really appreciated that. And you are so right ! I should really just go for it the first time around I'm just like 😩I waisted 3 months wth When I take these twists out in the next few weeks I'm def going to be evaluating my next moves regarding thick locs .
