I’ve been watching for at least 4 years now and all I can say is I hope you never stop creating baits. It’s inspiring and I love watching every video and it’s been awesome seeing you become a dad. I watched you during one of the toughest times in my life and you’ve always inspired me with fishing and baits. Never stop making videos!

You should look into a respirator or a vacuum collection system at least when working with woods that you aren't familiar with. There are some woods out there that are toxic and can present health problems if inhaled. There are some good books that can help you identify woods and list any dangers associated with their use. Just 2 cents from an older guy that wishes he knew more and took more precautions in his youth. Love the channel and content!

I was working with some zebra wood once and it smelled the same as you described the reddish wood smelling. As I was working I started smelling the dog poop smell and sense I was outside I started looking around to find out where it was. I kept looking at the bottom of my shoes thinking I might have stepped in some. Finally I put the piece of wood I was working on up to my nose and figured out where the smell was coming from. You have some pretty good detail work going on in the piece.
