@dave4shmups I don't think its emulation, I know microsoft arcade (the original win3.1 version) contained arcade games that seemed arcade perfect, so you might expect them to be emulated but actually they were written from scratch. I could be wrong in expecting that to be the case with return of arcade though.

Thanks for showing the game play look of these. I may purchase this on ebay. I wanted to see mainly how the galaxian game looks. It looks fairly close to the original arcade coin-op game. I wish it was possible to get the exact same game as the coin-op machines had, without paying a huge amount of money for an actual Midway machine.

The emulation looks perfect! Are you using a joystick to play this? I just wish Pac-Man Championship Edition was available on more platforms then the XBOX 360.

@pat20105 I ordered it from Microsoft's web site years ago. But I don't know if it is still available.

One would think that Microsoft software would be suffering less compatibility issues on Vista/Windows7 than non-microsoft software. I have the earliest version intended for Windows3.11 / Windows95. thanks for showing this 5/5

So as I understand it this was made in 2000 while the other was mid90s. Does this one like Revenge of Arcade work on a windows 7/8 64bit release too?

I couldn't say. My latest PC is running 32bit Vista.
