Freaking love this, I woke up today with zero motivation. I started my Les Mills challenge and was getting back into the groove of my workouts again and I over ate over the weekend, I just felt unmotivated and disgusted with myself putting on Les Mills and listening to the trainers and their stories really helps me to pull myself together an keep going. We are human an I think I always need a reminder of that.
