Hi Jessica and James, looks like the big hole is gonna take some fabrication! I kinda thought it might, but I think the end result will be awesome and unique. Being you aren’t gonna be working the truck hauling freight. The super single wheels should be okay. I don’t know much about offset but they look pretty good! Look like they have a lot of life left in them. Stay safe

Nice job James! I see Chad is moving along well with Frank. Hopefully you won't have any bearing issues running the singles. Most don't realize when a chassis is ordered with singles the Diff housing are narrower, To take the side un sprung load off the bearings. Prime found out the hard way when they converted a couple hundred trucks from duals to singles. TGP

You mean wider so you can run a zero outset wheel and keep your track width mine are narrow requiring a 2” outset which increases load on the outer bearing

2 things, first off I would go with the 2 inch offset. Been running them a long time and the difference in stability is noticeable. 2nd, God bless Jessica for being out there doing what she does. Your schedule, job and hobby would break most women. It’s a strong hearted woman that works along side her man like that.

Super singles look just fine. I guess that ring isn't really for a Marmon, so custom fitting is to be expected.

3 steps forward, 2 steps back. Sucks for the problems but the marmon is awesome, and you'll get it figured. I thought I might hate the singles but I think it looks better than I originally envisioned.

Just a thought, without being there directly to look.....can you use the inner extrusion that is already there as part of the ring? How close are the 2 depths cause what i'm getting at is riveting/welding the ring lip section to the existing extrusion. You would have to remove the vertical huck flange off the new ring and replace it with what is there already [so think new ring minus the vertical section of the rivet flange but ring still intact].
